Commercial Project Manager B2C (32–40 hours)

What will you be doing?

As Commercial Project Manager B2C, you are responsible for maximizing HERA United’s B2C revenue, with a focus on ticketing and merchandise. You develop strategy, adjust based on data, and ensure that commercial opportunities are actually seized.

Ticketing
You are responsible for developing and executing a ticketing strategy aimed at growing visitor numbers and revenue.

  • Analyzing and monitoring sales data, visitor flows, and conversion
  • Identifying commercial opportunities and translating them into concrete actions
  • Collaborating with marketing and event organization to optimally align ticketing
  • Further developing the ticketing system: researching which functionalities we can better utilize to make ticketing smarter, more efficient, and more commercially effective (such as segmentation, upselling, automation, and fan data)
  • Optimizing the customer journey from first contact to stadium visit, including ease of use, communication flows, and personalization

Merchandise & Fan Shop
You are responsible for the commercial development of merchandise.

  • Driving merchandise sales (online and around matchdays)
  • Analyzing sales figures and translating them into product range and purchasing decisions
  • Developing new merchandise ideas that fit the club and target audience
  • Managing and optimizing the collaboration with the (football) shop
  • Setting up and managing a clear inventory and ordering system

What do you bring?

  • 2–5 years of relevant work experience in a commercial role
  • Commercial, entrepreneurial, and not afraid to roll up your sleeves
  • Strong communicator who switches quickly and easily between different disciplines
  • Strong analytical skills and accustomed to working in a data-driven way
  • Experience in sports or events is a plus
