Academy

HTO (Hera-Telstar Academy) is the talent academy in the Haarlem region for girls who want to develop towards the highest level of women’s football. The academy is a collaboration between HERA United and Telstar, combining elite sports coaching with an innovative vision on talent development.
Within the HTO, players train under professional guidance at DSS in Haarlem and compete under the Telstar banner. The programme focuses on maximum development by challenging players at a high level. For example, the U17 girls play in a boys’ league and the U16 girls play monthly matches against other academy teams.
With experienced coaching and a clear development pathway, the HTO aims to provide a strong foundation in the coming years for talented players who want to fulfil their ambitions in women’s football at the highest level.
