This is incompatible with exclusion or discrimination in any form.<br \/>We lower barriers for girls to play football. This requires an environment where you feel safe, can be yourself and are seen.<br \/>That is why there is no place for racism or discrimination at HERA.<br \/>Not on the pitch.<br \/>Not on the sidelines.<br \/>Not online.<br \/>Not within our organisation.<br \/>This applies to everyone around HERA: players, staff, personnel, volunteers, supporters and partners.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-a224a51 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"a224a51\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">2.
