HERA United and Batavia Stad Fashion Outlet enter into a multi-year partnership

HERA United, the first independent professional women’s football club in the Netherlands, has once again aligned itself with a strong brand by welcoming Batavia Stad Fashion Outlet as a partner. With this partnership, two pioneers in their respective fields are joining forces. The collaboration centers on ambition, experience, and progress. The multi-year partnership takes effect immediately.

HERA United is a driving force of innovation within Dutch women’s football, with a clear mission to put the women’s game firmly in the spotlight. Batavia Stad opened its doors in 2001 as the Netherlands’ first fashion outlet center and has since grown into a leading lifestyle and shopping destination with international appeal. This shared pioneering mindset forms the foundation of the collaboration.

Chris Janse, Centre Director of Batavia Stad Fashion Outlet:
“At Batavia Stad, we believe football is more than just a game: it has the power to connect and inspire. That’s why we are proud to enter into a multi-year partnership with HERA United, a club that stands for equal opportunities, innovation, and impact in women’s football. With this partnership, we aim to contribute to a new, positive movement in sport and society, while also supporting the club in achieving sustainable, future-proof growth.”

Managing Director Susan van Geenen:
“With Batavia Stad Fashion Outlet, we are adding a strategic partner who will also help us connect with new fans. The fact that they were once the first outlet center in fashion, just as we are the first professional club for women in football, makes this collaboration especially meaningful. Together with our partner Sponsoringbureau, Arne van den Berg and Kiki Klijn – van Leeuwen Boomkamp, we are once again adding a forward-thinking partner—something we are incredibly proud of.”
